Delete your Owlee account

Delete it in the app

1. Open Owlee and go to the Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Can't open the app?

Email raylynndonalfaro2005@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my Owlee account”. We delete the account and the data below within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email address, password and account type.
• Your class memberships and your scores on class sets.
• Teachers: your classes, published question sets, uploaded PDF materials, and the student results in those classes.
• Your AI usage records.

What we keep

• Nothing tied to your account after deletion.
• Email-check results (whether an address could receive mail when someone signed up with it) are removed automatically within 30 days.

Self-Study progress (quiz answers, scores, saved AI recommendations) is stored only on your phone and is never part of your account. To erase it, tap Reset app in Profile, or uninstall Owlee.
